It always helps to let us know what kind of budget range you have to work with, and whether you will require delivery, or would like to pickup from our Brunswick East Workshop. We would then organise a callback to discuss next steps. This will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
We take a lot of pride and satisfaction when it comes to designing and building our workstations, and the same goes for any custom orders that come in. As creative professionals ourselves, we know which parts/configurations will work well with the applications you need to run, so we'll take the time to recommend the right kind of system for you.
Yes, we professionally pack and double box our systems to ensure safe and fast transit through our delivery partners. (Pickup is also available at our Brunswick East workshop). If we have bulk orders, we will generally deliver via a skid (or pallette), to ensure proper handling of all our workstations.
Absolutely, we specialise in packing, shipping and sending all kinds of systems overseas. Our most popular system that we send overseas are our Smoosh Workstations Mini PCs. They are compact, with the added option to purchase a crushproof travel case specially designed to fit your mini PC for safe travels.
All of our custom workstations come with 12 months premium warranty as standard. This means any issues or faults will be taken care of with no out of pocket costs for our customers. Priority customer support and fast tracked parts replacement is also on the cards, ensuring you can get back to work ASAP with little to no disruptions.
In addition, our systems also come with an additional 24 months hardware guarantee, meaning if any of your components fail within the first 3 years, we will assist in organising a full replacement from the manufacturer (Diagnostics fee and labour costs may apply).
